Patriot Power Wash provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to pressure washing, soft washing, surface cleaning, and gutter cleaning. Service availability may vary by location and season.
2. Estimates & Quotes
All estimates provided are based on the information you give us. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work, which will be confirmed before service begins. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
3. Scheduling & Cancellation
Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or our website.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover lost time and resources.
4. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept a wide range of payment methods for your convenience, including cash, check, major credit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Zelle.
Invoices not paid within 14 days may incur a late fee.
Failure to pay may result in legal action or collections.
5. Property Access & Preparation
Customers are responsible for:Ensuring access to water spigots and all areas scheduled for cleaning.Securing pets, fragile items, and outdoor furniture or décor.Notifying us of any pre-existing damage or sensitive surfaces.We are not responsible for damage resulting from unsafe conditions, neglect, or unreported vulnerabilities on your property.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by our work. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
This guarantee does not apply to issues caused by weather, pre-existing stains, or damage beyond the scope of power washing.
7. Limitations of Liability
While we take every precaution to deliver high-quality service, Patriot Power Wash is not liable for:Any damage to surfaces that are improperly maintained or structurally unsound. Electrical or plumbing issues related to exterior fixtures or outlets. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Website Usage
By using our website, you agree not to:Attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas or systemsCopy, modify, or distribute content without permission. Submit false information via forms or contact tools. We reserve the right to refuse service or access to our website to anyone for any reason at any time.
